Oxnard Shores sits right between Mandalay State Beach to the north and Hollywood State Beach to the south. From about 5th on down to the dunes at 'olołkoy Beach Park, you just might find a selection of peaky A-frames barrels all to yourself depending on the season and your luck. The beach here, the dunes, and the park are a beautiful place to be regardless of the waves. 'olołkoy Beach Park got its name from the Chumash word for dolphin.
