Refunds, Returns, & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges & cancellations are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Our posters, canvas prints, and other products are made to order. This helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Unfortunately, this also means returns, exchanges, and cancellations can be tricky.

We cannot typically accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for undamaged items after they’ve been produced and/or shipped. If your item is damaged, missing, delayed, or there is some other issue, we will work to make it right.

Digital Products

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for digital/downloaded products. If you believe something is wrong with your digital product from Wave Arcade, please contact us and we’ll find a solution.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within otherwise normal use conditions. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email ethan@wavearcade.com.

Shipping

To return your product, contact returns@wavearcade.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
