Shipping

Orders are typically printed, packaged, and shipped within 1-6 business days.

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number with a link and details to monitor its progress.

Once shipped, most prints usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days. However, depending on where you’re located, time of year, weather, or other unexpected delays, your shipment may take longer.

Returns & Exchanges

Each WAVE ARCADE print are custom made to order.

As such, we cannot accept standard returns and exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is some other issue with your order, please send an email to orders@wavearcade.com with your order details and any necessary photos of damage. We’re happy to resolve any issues you’ve experienced and we’ll make sure to bump them up to the top of our priority list.

Cancellations

If you’ve made a mistake on your order and need to cancel, please contact ethan@wavearcade.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has gone to print, we cannot issue a cancellation.

Change requests to your order (address, item, size, etc.) also need to be made as soon as possible so that we can get them in before the order goes to print.
