We're a small, local business that aims to offer the highest-quality products. To support that goal, most orders are printed and prepared as they are made. This helps us reduce the cost to you and ensure you receive the best prints. For orders placed on wavearcade.com, we partner with a specialty art print shop to produce our prints.

The majority of orders ship out within 1-4 business days. Carriers typically pick up orders Monday through Friday from 2PM - 5PM. Any orders fulfilled by USPS are also picked up on Saturdays.
WAVE ARCADE is happy to offer free shipping for all orders with U.S.
If you have a rush order request, please reach out so that we can see if that can be accommodated.
Holidays and Christmas are the busiest time of the year for both printing and shipping. For your orders to arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend getting them in by the first week of December.
Our aim is for you to be satisfied with the quality and service you receive from WAVE ARCADE. All of our prints go through a quality-check before being packaged and shipped out.

If at any time you have any issues or questions about an order, please reach out to ethan@wavearcade.com.
If you are requested a replacement due to one of the circumstances described above, we may ask that you provide any necessary details and photos to help process the request.
If you've made a mistake on your order and need to change it or cancel, please contact ethan@wavearcade.com as soon as possible. We can cancel your order and issue a refund before your order goes to production.
Once an order has gone to print, we cannot issue a cancellation.
Changes to your shipping address can be made before the order ships out, but please try to let us know as soon as you can.
